2. Services Offered

Custom sessions to explore streamlined concepts tailored to client needs.

3. Infoproducts

LinesTopHub offers digital materials, including guides, templates, and tutorials focused on minimal approach techniques.

4. Physical Goods

Products such as printed portfolios, branded materials, and merchandise aligned with our minimal theme.

5. Payment and Pricing

All fees are listed in CAD. Charges are processed through secure channels. Prices are subject to change with notice.

6. Reimbursement and Cancellations

6.1. Services

Clients may request a reimbursement up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Approved reimbursements will be processed via the original channel within 14 days. Sessions may also be rescheduled once at no extra fee if requested at least 24 hours prior.

6.2. Infoproducts

Digital materials can be reviewed, and if found defective or inaccessible due to technical error, a reimbursement request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved requests will be handled within 10 days. Transfers are not available for digital products.

6.3. Physical Goods

Customers may send back items for a full reimbursement within 30 days of delivery if in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping. Reimbursements are issued within 14 days after item inspection. Exchanges can be arranged upon request.

6.4. No Reimbursement Policy

Certain bespoke services or personalized design packages are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the deliverables. This policy ensures resource allocation and schedule commitments.
